Problems of small town police department?
I live on the border of two counties in Montana. There seems to be a kind of war path between police and magistrates in the county adjoining county where I live. It is so bad many people who are in surrounding counties not ride through this area unless they are forced. Police are dealing with judges and eveyone is angry. Because of where I live type two counties the responsibility of the police to share here. It poses endless problems for us. Any suggestions. We who live here are afraid it will become a sort of war between this city and this one. It's very complicated. We are in the center of everything. Sigh … Casy Sergeant suppose they are the type that if you have not lived, no one can understand that …… .. Sigh Sgt Casey, who is the point here that when people call nobody comes. Someone may soon die. Nobody cares, I think … is a poor region …. much crime and drugs …. Who cares?
Ms. Crone, had something similar happen here a few years ago. What we did was to affirm our Local Laws and ourselves as real criminal violations leave both courts beat them. Whenever I would'nt respect the criminal law simply strip and ran offenders community outside the region. The county sheriff to arrest a man and the next county judge, in Trun freedom to harass our community again. then we just got together and "helped" out of the community. We wopuld be gentle but firm, having to go out and did not violate no law, but officials discovered, after a whle that our community would not be a pawn in their petty little political disputes and we want to enforce law if they wouln't. To save face for themselves, he found a way to resolve their differences rather than leave and take root vigilanteeism really make a lot of things. BB, Raji the Green Witch.
