If the United States has a law saying that all Muslim women were forbidden to wear hijab / niqab in public or do you get?
arrested and held in prison, that Muslim women in the United States are required to follow the rules of this new law? I know that Islam says that the hijab is a obligation and whether niqab is if you want to be like the mothers of believers and follow Bukhari, but Islam also says that you must follow the laws of the country we live What if this happen?
If this law was never approved in the United States would signal to all the people assault on the rights of all Americans since it is a clear abandonment of the 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. It is both a violation of religious freedom and freedom expression. (The address is defined by the American courts to include much more than verbal and written words.) It is important to remind all that "the law of the land" to be followed above all others "law is the law of God. Its first loyalty is always to the laws of Allah, no human laws. If there were a great number of Americans in support of this law, which is caused an outcry in the reaction. I suspect that in fact lead to many women (and men, is the protest and symbolic expression that we are talking here), suddenly put hijab in protest and open defiance. Americans are sometimes very good in protest and defiance open, if it is not captured Imaginia and righteous indignation.
